The Steps to Selling

Meet, Review Broker Disclosure, Sign Listing Agreement
Meet at seller’s home to review broker disclosure, sign listing agreement, and go over Seller’s homework prior to next meeting.

Planning Phase
- Run MANY reports and gather MUCH information

- Set appointment to go through home for photos, video, and 3D tour creation.

House Listed on MLS Same Day or Future Date
Once we get all the planning work done, we list the house on the MLS which pushes it out to many other websites like Realtor.com, Zillow.com and much more. We also get it setup in our system for showings. The timing from signing the listing agreement to the time we get it on MLS depends on your strategy. We can get your house listed as quickly as the same day or we can push your listing out a few weeks to give you time to get your house “show” ready.

Marketing and Admin Activities
After listing we enter our marketing and admin phase which will include additional marketing and administrative activities as well as coordinating showings and interactions with buyers and their agents.
